-Control System:

The control system adopts imported motion controller with bus communication and a

new generation of special dispensing software developed independently. All drive

systems are driven by Panasonic servo motor with EtherCAT bus communication

function,The bus communication has low failure rate and fast system response, which

is convenient for mutual communication and modification of motor parameters and

system software. All working state parameters of the equipment can be monitored at

any time on the display,It can ensure the reliability and stability of equipment

operation.
 

Through EtherCAT bus communication, it can also control the external automation

system. If necessary, it can support multi-component glue coating, and can also

linkage add and subtract the external automation system (such as exchange working

platform, robot loading and unloading, and other assembly lines). It can linkage

control up to 32 external axes.

-Transmission mechanism:
 

The motion control adopts high-precision screw and guide rail transmission with high precision, long service life and low failure rate.
One-piece frame structure (with wheels): The electrical, glue supply system, and motion mechanism are monolithic. All the pipelines are hidden inside the equipment. There is no pipeline connection in the middle to avoid the disorder of the ground pipeline on the site and the work site is neat. There will be no human factors to damage the line; at the same time it is convenient to hoist, transport and move, and the on-site installation takes only 1-2 hours.

-Thermostat:
 

It is equipped with a constant temperature water circulation device and a heating and
cooling integrated machine. Can ensure the glue tanks, all rubber roads, hoses and

mixing head can still work normally in the environment of -15ºC to 35ºC.

It consists of heating device and cooling device, which provides a reliable working environment
for the equipment.So that the glue is not subject to external influence, to ensure the stability of the gluing effect.
