Ruichuang Capacitor Discharge CNC Stud Welding Machine

It is an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency.
Three axis is driven through linear guidance with ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high positioning accuracy and long life of the system. 
The control system uses the industrial computer  while the stud welder use Ruichuang self-developed capacitor discharge inverter stud welder. The cnc stud welding machine can be equipped with one or six welding head with computer control system and automatic stud feeding system.
